Lancaster hairdressing salon Belle Ame are a long-term client.
The business owner trusts me to do whatever I believe is best for the business on a month-to-month basis. We focus on a range of marketing services but also allow ourselves to be open to impulsive creative ideas and proactivity.
At the end of 2023, Belle Ame needed to protect itself from a potential loss in profit both from staff changes and the cost-of-living crisis.
What I Did To Assist Business Growth
Various marketing tactics were employed over 3 months to help drive growth and protect profit including:
- Creating a special offer during the traditionally slower month of January and promoting through text messages and social media advertising.
- Writing and promoting a winning blog post about Hair Trends 2024, employing SEO marketing, that drove the credibility of the hair salon and attracted new clients.
- Optimising the Google Ads campaign.
Results
- +39% revenue increase over 3 months (Dec 2023-Feb 2024) vs. previous year.
- Biggest ever revenue achieved for a December month.
- +75% clicks and +70% local actions taken vs. previous 3 months with +10% spend increase on Google Ads.
