Why A Small Business Marketing Consultancy?
I love making things happen.
My Dad, who lived and breathed entrepreneurship, used to say that this should be my tagline.
I just love the sense of freedom and trust that you get from a small business, often working directly with the owner (vs. having to wade through layers of hierarchy and decision-making).
This allows for more of a dynamic type of marketing, where we can move and adapt quickly, proactively taking advantage of opportunities as they arise, making things happen as and when needed.
I have launched my own startups.
I know first hand how much hard work, utter dedication and sheer resilience goes into getting a small business off the ground and keeping it going.
Unlike others, who might not fully understand what it feels like to bootstrap a business, I appreciate the value of hard earned savings and the importance of thinking creatively to get the most out of budgets.
I have proven results with small businesses.
Whether it has been working on small brands within huge multinationals, or on small and medium sized businesses within various sectors (hospitality, fashion, fast moving consumer goods, finance, professional services etc.), I have enjoyed proven results throughout my career.
Having worked across marketing, sales, business development and events, I have various strings to my bow and can pick from this arsenal of skills dependent on each client’s bespoke needs.
I carry my passion for small businesses into where I “give back”. I am currently supporting a startup charity with marketing services and acting as a marketing mentor for the UK Government’s Help To Grow scheme. You can find out more here.
