THE PROBLEM

Elaine Cleaning Services is a small business in Bromley, London. Elaine has a team of 16 working with her and the business has flourished over the last few years. 

Elaine has enjoyed having me “on hand” as a small business marketing consultant for about two years. Her main ask is for me to make amends to her web design. 

Last year she got in touch as she was disappointed with her social media results. She didn’t have the budget for me to help her with social media management ongoing, but was curious to see what I could achieve in a month! 

WHAT I DID

My social media marketing services included outlining a basic social media strategy, optimising social media profiles and helping to creating high-quality content.

Videos for Instagram reels were a key part of my strategy. I also worked on increasing the number of followers and engaging with local Facebook groups.

•  Social media accounted for 10% Wix of website traffic vs. 1% (which was 82% better than the industry standard)
